Postage & Handling

We offer a number of shipping options so please select the one appropriate for you at check-out.

  • Standard untracked mail is sent using Australia Post. Once your order has been shipped, Wrap-Up accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to your package. We expect orders to reach you within 3-5 business days.
  • Standard tracked mail is sent using a tracked service. We expect orders to reach you within 2-3 business days.
  • Express (tracked mail) delivery is sent using a tracked service. We fast track your order in our dispatch. We expect the order to reach you within 1 business day.

We will try to ensure that all goods are delivered in a prompt and timely manner.

However, from time to time it is possible that shipping and other factors outside our control may result in delays. No Liability will be accepted for loss or damages suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays. Delivery times listed on the site are an estimate only and are subject to change without notice. If unforeseen circumstances arise and there is a delay in dispatching your order, we will notify you by email and send the order as soon as possible.

Once goods have been dispatched, it is the customer's responsibility to make themselves available to take delivery during business hours.

If you would like insurance for your parcel please contact us and we will invoice you for the extra costs involved.

If you provide an incorrect mailing address and your order is returned to us, you will be required to repay shipping costs.
